I'm on my period and I just had a really bad stomach ache...and no it wasn't a cramp....it just felt like every thing just mptied from my stomach and now I feel like I have to puke. It hurts soooo much. Plz help. And no it wasnt gas...lolxx

well actually it's actually just rite now cuz i started it last onth right on my boot camp day at church. and im not really in a hot climate. even though i live in florida i have a very cool house.
I face both heavy bleeding and pain in my periods. So i take pain killer if i am unable to deal with the pain.
