one day late on period and im stressing like crazy about it

ok now me and my BF have been together for a long time we started getting sexually active about a year ago now my BF stress on protection and me not getting pregnant so we use condoms and spermicide. and we have sex about 3-5 times a week.

now i don't know what wrong with me but this month has just been crazy first week i was eating like a monster i would fell hungry and nausea at the same time.
one day we was having sex and it was a little rough i started bleeding a little and after about an 2 hours later i had brown discharge this only happen once.

Then a week later my nipples(just my nipples) start hurting and was erect after we had sex one day and this was going on for 3 weeks straight and i notice bumps around them too.

now all the symptoms stop about a week ago june 10 ,and now my breast is very tinder(PMS) now this and cramps are normal for me before my period which is suppose to come today i haven't got any cramps yet and im a day late now.

I'm so afraid that I'm pregnant because neither me or my BF is ready for a child and we always use protection I dont know what to do NOW PLZ HELP
