Hi, my husband noticed last year in October that his right testical grew about 5x the size of its normal size. We were wondering what could this be. We thought that it might be a hernia but it doesn't hurt. But it keeps growing. It is really starting to worry me. Do you by chance know what this might be. He is afrais to go to the doctor. I had the same problem except that mine (also the right) was damn near the size of a third testicle. Blood test and a nice female technician doing an ultra sound confirmed that it was a benign cyst. I have learned to live with it. Nothing to worry about. See your doctor. It's not something like the plague.
