Check out Horner's Syndrome. Two different pupil sizes can be anything from Multiple Sclerosis, Aortic Aneurysm, Thyroid Carcinoma, and a ton of other things. Definitely go to the doctor.
what do you mean by floaters?
what do you mean by floaters??like you feel
For the last month my right pupil has been twice the size of my left. I don't get headaches, blurred or reduced vision, light sensitivity, or anything else I can associate with it. If anything I'm even understating the size difference between my pupils.
Funny you should mention migraines, I've also noticed my right pupil is usually larger than my right and often wondered what it was that caused it, I just assumed it was due to my poor eyesight/ glasses I wear but to discover it could by from my migraines (which I have since I was 13/14) is interesting.
Thanks

If Rob123 was really that concerned, I'm sure he would have made an appointment with the doctors by now.
its an illusion of the mirror, the size of your pupil changes within the time it takes to switch from looking between them
Just wondering if any of you currently (or used to) take any medications. I'm on Adderall and I've noticed that sometimes my pupils do funny things. I also noticed when I have a panic attack, my pupils become dilated. This makes me think that one of the main reasons this is happening to us has something to do with our heart. (Which many of you HAVE mentioned.) Makes sense about having this while on Adderall because it brings your heart rate up (in my case, I sometimes have irregular heart beats - i.e. fast a few beats, slow a few beats, then normal).

It looks like this discussion was back in 2006... Hope I'm not too late! I'd love to hear updates!
You may want to consider the possibility of adrenal issues.
Recently I have found out that my right pupil is smaller than the left. I have visited eye doctors for 3 times in 3 weeks. All of them told me that my eyes were fine except a bit dry. So they ordered me lubricant eye drops. Not sure I should keep seeing different doctors...
Rob, I have similar symptoms. What was the resolution to this?
Hello! I'm 14 and I've had this ever since I can remember, and I never thought anyhting of it. Both of my eyes see fine and I don't have migraines or anything. I'm pretty sure it's nothing :)
Wtf you need to get that checked out!!! Judas Priest kid
I am 15 too, my left pupil is usually larger than my right, but this is the first time it has happened in a year. My sight is also fine but my left sometimes goes blurry. I get teased when my pupil dilates and i took eye drops for my hay fever today, so maybe that has something to do with it.
Hope we find an answer

Don't worry. I've had the same thing since birth and it doesn't ruin sight at all
