hi i've lost weight when i was 12 and lost 29 pounds going from 151 to 122. the sad part is though i messed up my relation ship with food so now i've gain a lot of weight back i weight about 135 now. so currently i'm trying to loose weight again. please loose weight proporly otherwise you may gain it back like i did.
welll i cant say im fat. im gonna be 12 in a week and im underweight i guess i weigh 79 pounds no joke soooo ya, but i can say this think about it..

Stay Positive Kid! The mind is a powerful thing. It can either break you or make you! Stay away from everyone that is not being positive in your current situation. Play sports everyday... Any kind of sports! That is just like exercising but without actually lifting weights or anything like that. Cardio is what you need right now. Also, tell your mom and dad to STOP buying junk food for the house! If they reall want to help you lose the weight then they will stop buying all that c**p!

Im the same and i go to an all gurl school and i get mocked for my weigght nd my family aswell point out im over wait iver tired everything and even used my mums old wait watchers things but i always give up and i dont know what to do HELP!
taking your age into consideration i would like to say that u shudnt use or take in any suplements at the moment...i can share my personal opinion to you...believe it or not but it really worked for me.....when i was 12 years f age i was obese..and i kno how it feels ...i used to feel left out that is when my aunt sugested something to me ....she tld me to stpp takin any kind of medicines or pills...rather simplyy drink a lot of water...sugar free water even if its flavoured no problem...but a minimum of 10 glasses a day is verry very important...by doing so ur apetite becomes less nd u tend to eat less...nd to add on water is agood solution to many health problems...by doing this on a routine basis ..UL DEFNITLY FIND A DIFFERENCE i hve found the difference and m really thankful to my aunt for it..hope my this piece of advice will help you too. dont worry :-)
hey i can actulay help you find the best i kno u must be a choclate aswellas icream lover...so u mite nt nt really like da idea of drinkingg 10 glasses of mineral water daily...well i i personaly did nt like it so as an alternative i used 2 drink flavoured water ..the sugar free one..i can sugestr a link to you..chk it out

i believe that losing weight at this age is really hard because you're still growing up. i don't even think it's advisable to lose weight at this age not unless it you have medical condition. either way, if you really want to lose weight, avoid taking diet pills or anything that may affect your health. just do exercise, this should help.

im 120.. not that big but still im short, and ALL my family members are tall lean and very skinny only me and my sister are the only ones with chubbier faces and fat.
i always planning on doing a diet but when i get hungry and i luk at food i just eat it all and then when im finish im like .. "aww great 500 calories more" my cuzins hav no problem with eating somtimes they got forced to eat.
so.. i plan on jogging everyday for 5 times accross my street,
i nvr had any problems with running maybe breathing alot but i got over it.
but.. 1 problem
if i keep on running my legs will tighten and ill get shorter !
so i need a workout that can also make me taller, and get rid of all my chubby places ex; thighs arms arund stomach etc.

oh wow. did u lose all those pounds though? and what is overweight for a 12 yr old girl cuz my friend that is 135 pounds says shes normal weight, which i doubt, and im 90 pounds and she says im under weight and not healthy. who's right?

It makes me want to cry because im JUST TOO FAT.
I'm 12 and i weigh 150. Everyone in My grade are not even 100lbs. They tell me im not fat but i know i am. It is so hard. What makes it worse is that when we play sports we have to run 3 laps i can barley run 2 so they yell at me. Which is not very motivating. Butt you could maybe go running in your neighborhood and eat healthier
Hey, im 12 also. I am 165 pounds. So tomorrow i am starting this diet where you eat rice for 3 days straight. just rice. nothing else. NOTHING. Drink water or protein shakes.next 3 days eat chicken. Any kind you want. But just chicken. no condiments. now the last days are the worst/ apples/ for a whole 3 days. But as many as you want. You eat as much of those 3 things on those 3 days and you should lose about 18 pounds. but dont try this any longer. It could be really unsafe. really really unsafe. So ya 9 days, 18 pounds, fair deal if you ask me! :D
heey im almost 13 and i weigh almost the same as my mom and that sucks and im talkin almost 190 it really does suck especially considering i have hashimotos. so it seems to be impossible 2 lose any weight and every adult or docter so on just tell me 2 eat less but its not that easy and the only person who believes me is my counselor but thats cause she was a nurse :'(
