I know how you feel but just keep trying. What i do is i do not eat until very very hungry and I take a walk around the neighborhood 3 times a day also drink 3-8 cups of water each day.Hope this helps and so far i loss 8lbs each week.
im 12 and i swear i actually am fat, everyone tells me im skinny but i think theyre lying, i dont know whether i have an eating disorder or not, but im desperately trying to lose weight, all i know is im 12, 5.5ft and weigh 8 stone 2 and a quarter! i think thats fat.. do any of you agree? please reply.

Ok im 14 years old and im 5'3 and i weigh 162lbs. Is that over weight for my age?
im 12 too... just remeber muscle weighs more than fat.. and just get active... short heavy intense workouts are bettter than long cardio... im onlt 113 but im pure muscle..

Im 12 Too And Its Just Very Hard To Stop Eating The Foods You Love I Weigh 169.8lbs And It Does Sucks And I Stay On Track For A little bit but i give up because i dont see any changes on my body but the scale tells a different thing. I cry everday , im not in a gym because im to young but i have to wait till im 13 and thts 2 months away and you can gain alot of pounds in 2 months. to all the 12 yr olds out there thts overweight i feel ur pain but sooner or later we could make a change. we have to know whats stoping us.; why do we eat tht stuff and whats preventing us from not losing weight and if we answer those 3 questions were ready!

Okay I am 185 pounds too, but 13, it really does suck what were going through, but you now what just make sure you eat lots of fruts and veggis, and excersize and we can do it together!! Good luck!!
I'm over weight , too ! But not that much , I'm 132 lbs. But I'm 11 fixing to turn 12 but that don't really make a difference ! I'm a 12 year old girl too trying to lose weight and also gave up. I'ts very hard and I know what your going through. Weighing 220 isnt normal for a 12 year old girl like me.
