Hey, I really need to lose some weight i play Basketball, soccer, and start track in the spring ive always been over weight im thirteen years old "5'6" and weigh 186 everyone at school always makes fun of me i workout as much as i can and dont eat very healthy but try too its hard to resist those carb loaded foods and we eat out quite a bit ive taken in the fact thati ussaly eat cuz im bored and stop that fact but i would like to be 150 and i hv about a month and  a half to loose it i would like to come back from break and look skinner or at least before i go into highschool and in basketball i run about 10-12 suicides each day well thanks for helping 
There's nothing like a strict diet control and your liquid intake. I was overweight once and then bloated/water retention and whatever. Here are few tips

1) Add more protein to your diet
2) Main good bowel activity, more often during periods
3) Visit a gym and consult for right kind of exercise to loose flab

i was at 160 lbs at 14 years old, 5 pi 3.

tricks:

- add 10, 15, 20 min of physcial activity per day or per each couple of days , you will see a hell of a difference.

- read the labels AND the nutritional value of what youre eating. you will start to have a better idea of whats good or not to eat , because being fit/ healhthy is a lifestyle, not a diet dude. it really is a lifestyle.

im at 115 lbs now at 21 years old, still 5 pi 3 lol

- EAT BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS FRUIT. other foods that promotes weight loss : real yogourt (not LOW-FAT, low sugar is all right if you like it , i like plain yogourt its healthier) , NUTS, ANY KIND OF SEEDS (PUMPKIN, ETC) AND WHOLE GRAIN. FIBER IS YOUR BEST FRIEND =) theres a lot in vegs, FRUITS AND WHOLE GRAIN AND NUTS AND SEEDS.

- another thing, eating smaller portions more often in the day helps a LOT. like 4-6 smaller meals instead of 3. it activates your metabolism, therefore makes oyu lose weight.

- EAT BREAKFAST. A high-carb breakfast will cut your hunger and make you eat less during the day. ive found that when you eat when you ARENT hungry, you eat wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy less. its a f*uckin good trick.

i mostly lost my weight by walking (i barely take the bus anymore, im a walker now), freestyle dancing at home, eating right and bicycling.

i dont drink juice anymore, nor do i drink soft drinks. sometimes i indulge in A glass (not 2, not 3) of mango nectar juice to please myself. liek a reward.
CUT OUT (HIGH FRUCTOSE) CORN SYRUP AND SOFT DRINKS. but you know , once you lost the weight you wanted (and at your age YOU CAN LOSE IT VERY QUICKLY, YOU ARE VERY LUCKY TO WANT TO DO THIS NOW) , you can eat pretty much anything you want in moderation without gainig weight if you exercise everyday =).
