I'm a 14 yr old and well I think of it as overweight. I would put my weight on here but... I am a bigger built girl. But I this past summer too a toll on me. My doctor said I gained 20 lbs from last year! I am in Volleyball, basketball, and track. I'm not slower when I run either I can actally keep up with the faster ones. I don't have fat rolls, just a big belly. I seriously need some weight loss ideas that don't involve high costs.
Do you sleep late ? If you do start sleeping earlier best before 10:30pm and you can try to control the amount you eat

Over weight is such a big issue. Its not looking good and have some demerits also. Want to burn fat fast then you can swim, walk, run. By these your fat will burn more.
