Pain and swelling in my right ankle, elbow is also painful and neck got stiff

i started getting pain in my right ankle ---- no reason why then it satrted swelling a lot --like a lot and it hurts immeninsly like a number 10 and at the same time my elbow hurt and stopped moving ----ad my neck got stiff
