Hi everyone. For the past few years, I've been getting this sharp pain in my lower left abdomen (occasionally on the right side, too). A few years ago, it got so intense that I passed out and was taken to the ER...while there, they ran many tests--and found nothing. I've also had a pelvic exam, and that came out clean, as well. I've also dealt with bouts of acne, very irregular periods, and really painful menstrual cramps; my gyno put me on birth control to help with these, and the pain in my abdomen never came back after that. However, a few months ago I went off the pill, and I've been getting the pain again. Anyone else have this, or perhaps know what it is?
BTW: I'm 19 and a virgin.
You may want to think about returning to the pill... from what you have said that seems to be the answer.
