Pain in my left testicle and feeling weak in arms and legs

For the past 2/3 weeks i have been having pains in my penile area, firstly it started off with stinging a little when i go to the toilet then i found it hard to get a full erection and sustain it, that was for the first week, now it doesnt hurt anymore when i go to the toilet but when i go to toilet it feels like its hard to get the urine out with the foreskin being hard to push forward it just roles back in, now for the past 3 days i have been getting a throbing feeling which doesnt hurt that much but is anoyying and worrying, and today i have been feeling very tired and weak in the arms and legs it may be because i have to get up at 7 o clock and find it hard to sleep which means i go to bed about 12 o clock at night and i worry a lot about these things. I have a urologist booked for tommorrow but i need help lol !!!
