I too suffer with Epididymitis and Epididymal cysts which believe it or not can be very painful. I also suffer with the same pain on the left side of my testical.
For a few years I too had suffered a lot of pain. Like many of you, I went to the doctors, had my balls squeezed by several doctors ( You havent felt pain till you have some cold hearted doctor squeezing your already painful testicals), I had untrasounds and so on. The only option was an operation I did not want.
A few years ago I decided to look up a cure. Somewhere online zinc tablets were recommended to me. I asked my doctor about it, she was skeptical and said not to believe it, but for the price of a few pounds (Yes I am British), I went out to my local store and bought some.
Low and behold, after one tablet the pain had reduced, within several days the pain had gone. I stopped taking the tablets after 3 days, and then dont suffer with the pain for several months. When the pain comes back, I take one tablet a day for about three days, but you may choose otherwise.
We here in the Uk have the NHS with free operations etc, so dont think, I chose to take Zinc tablets as some sort of penny pinching scheme, however I have found over the years they have been most helpful.
As for buying the zinc tablets, Im no doctor, but as the zinc tablets can be found in your local store, under the vitamin section, what can be the harm? as long as you take the correct dossage on the packet. And if it doesnt work for you, then you have only wasted a couple of dollars/pounds etc.

Hi,IBS when bloated tends to push the bowels forward, pushing into your balls and causing pains between then anus. Another thing it could be is hernia.

I was going to chalk this up to vitamin deficiency (I myself am deficient in vitamin D, which in turn has affected my calcium levels), and for me I was going to assume that the pain coming back a couple days ago was a result of my calcium level dropping again.
I had the pain back in March/April, but I was admitted to hospital for the dangerously low calcium where they pumped me full of IV calcium to raise my level. Zinc makes a lot of sense for me now - as many symptoms of zinc deficiency are ones I have (thinning hair, leaky gut, rashes, diarrhea, poor cognitive function, etc.).
Going to take a zinc tablet now and I guess we'll see how that helps with this testicular pain issue. Regardless though thanks for posting about your experience with zinc as I am quite hopeful this will resolve the issue.
