There is two main reasons for pain in the Testicle area, Varicocele and Hydrocele and sadly I have/had both.

Varicocele is a blockage of sperm in the spermatic cord.
After an ultra scan If the blockage is big, a surgeon will operate on you, removing the blockage. However if it's small, a GP will five you pain killers. I had better luck with Zinc tablets, after a few days the pain went. It never came back.

Hydrocele is to do with blood vessels. It is basically Varicose veins in the testicles. You will not die from this. It may however reduce your testicle size as it is reducing blood to the testicles.

You will know when you have Hydrocele, as it will look like a bag of worms under the left testicle. The left side of the scrotum will also hang lower. There will also be pain after sex/masturbation due to the blood flow being pushed in that area. No masturbation/Sex wil not cure this.l

After an ultra scan, there will be a variety of options, which I would google.

I found Horse Chestnut Extract rids the pain for the day, After a long period on Horse Chestnut, the pain does reduce considerably.

I am not a doctor, so please do plenty of research. I hope I have enlightened you into knowing what to look for on google

If the pain goes up your back you probably have a kidney stone. The pain for kidney stones is in the back and testicles.

I just want to share that i'm also experiencing the same but on my right testicle. I do agree that mastubation/sex is not an accurate cure for these things. All we have to do is:
1. Do a testicle self-exam (Please research)
2. Consult a Doctor.
3. Never predict any disorders that might scare you.
Also if possible to reduce/stop masturbating if we feel pain before/during/after, please stop it. It's less good from our health. There are so many reasonable things to do than masturbating. I'm not a Doctor either.
If you feel pain at start, immediately stop and not to continue your habit. If you feel any pain, calmly consult a Doctor, don't hide it and not to be shy. Be brave guys. :l

Testicular pain following masturbation could have multiple sources. For example, this pain could be caused by pelvic congestion, commonly referred to as “blue balls”. This can occur when a long period of sexual stimulation does not end in ejaculation. During stimulation, the blood vessels in the genitals fill with blood. Ejaculation normally allows this buildup to release so that the blood vessels can quickly return to their normal size. If orgasm is not reached, however, the blood will remain in the genitals for a longer period of time. While the lack of orgasm is by no means harmful, it may leave a temporary sensation of heaviness, aching, or discomfort. Masturbating in one session for a long period of time may also result in pelvic congestion. Try breaking apart the stimulation into two shorter sessions instead. This will allow your body to receive a shorter period of arousal prior to release, and may perhaps prevent pelvic congestion from occurring.

The pain may also be related to how you are positioning yourself during masturbation. If your testicles are moving around too much, this motion could be the reason behind your discomfort. Consider a change in position or try cupping your testicles with your free hand as you are masturbating. This touch could also benefit by providing extra sensation and may make the experience more enjoyable.

Epididymitis can also be a source of testicular pain following ejaculation. This is caused by inflammation in the epididymis (the tube behind each testicle that stores and delivers sperm). The most common cause of epididymitis is a bacterial infection that can be the result of a sexually transmitted infection (STI) or coliforms (bacteria that live in the intestines). The infection can usually be cleared up by a dose of antibiotics. Since antibiotics work best the sooner they are taken, so talk to your health care provider as soon as possible to find out if you have epididymitis or a different testicular condition.

You definitely sound female, no offense. There is no option for a guy who needs to ejaculate, he's gonna do it, one way or another. Hormones.

My problem is I'm 50, been getting off once a day average since, and just a couple of days ago my right testicle hurts only to the touch anytime before I ejaculate. I do remember the time was pretty wild so I might have caused my harm. It feels to the touch like a little blood vessel with max pressure in it where the tubes attach to the testicle. This goes away after orgasm until next time.
