Just how rough have you been? Are you irritating the skin?
Are you saying the penis has swollen and closed up?
If the pain is an exquisit sensitivity, are you sure that isn't a normal feeling of an excited penis or glans? If it doesn't hurt when you don't touch it, don't do it!
