I consulted a Dos\ctor...he right away said...ur masturbating too much....stop masturbating for a month...as we tend to adopt a posture while masturbating....this posture causes the lower back problems
I experience the exact same thing but on my lower abdomen but on my left side. I do use my left hand to masturbate, which I do when I sit on a hard chair and lean slightly forward. Not sure what the deal is.
