I was wandering could you help?
I have a funny sensation in my testicular, it is making me feel quite nauseous and there is a pins and needle feeling on my leg also.
I have problems urinating lately, i go quite a lot possibly round 20 times in the one day and night.
Do you know what could be wrong??
