My wife has had a abortion about 2 years ago, since then she has experienced sever ovary pain that is constant. When it gets close to her period the pain increases to the point to where she has to curl up in order to deal with the pain. she has went to the doctor bout 2 years ago and had some tests done that all came back ok. (I think if I remember right it was a palp test) also she is still lactating in the breast, and some times has a numbness that comes to her left arm. Right after the abortion her job did require her to do some lifting and the doctor had not told her not to do so, so she did do the lifting because she is very head strong and trys to do her best even when she is in pain. Also we have been having unprotected sex for the past year and have been ejaculating inside her and she has not been able to get pregnant again. Before she was with me a year and a half ago she was also having unprotected sex without being able to get pregnant as well. During intercourse she also experiences pain if the pressure is put to the upper part of her stomach towards her g spot. During her period she experiences heavy bleeding where as before her abortion she had never had any pain or heavy bleeding. Also when she runs or bounces it causes her to be in sever pain only hours after as well. I'm not sure if any of this is connected but being that we are without insurance at this time and not able to get it any information would be welcomed on what might be going on to cause my wife to be in pain all the time.
She has also had blood work done that has all come back normal. And has had blood pressure and sugar checked out that have been optimal as well. It does seem to help her when she eats raspberries but it only helps with the pain a little, and then some foods like tomato's and bananas make it hurt worse not sure why she had eaten all of these foods without any negative effects before the abortion. Some other base information she is about 115 pounds 5,6 in height, and is 25 years old.
Thanks for any responses and for your time.
Hiya iv just come across this post, as I'm experiencing the same things. I have been told that it is most probibly something called endometriosis. That can effect fertility, give severe pain during sex and other times gives you heavier more painful periods. I'm going to see a gynocoligst she needs to as iv been having these symptoms for about 5/6 years only now are the doctors recognising it and have told me to give me a definate diagnosis of endometriosis I need to have a procidure called larparoscopy . Google it and google endometriosis. Iv had to basicly research this condition aswell as others to try and find out wats rong with me as the docs have been useless if I'm honest. Iv had bloods scans the lot so Hopfully wat ever it is will be found out so I can get on with life. I also had fertility problems then had to sadly have a termination but still have the pain and other symptoms. I hope she gets some sort of diagnosis but I think she really needs to see a gynocologist and tell then she thinks it may be endometriosis. If it is it needs to be sorted soon as pos as it can make your fertility get worse over time and also they can laser away or treat the endometriosis and help the pain with different types of contraception x good luck to you and her I really hope she gets an answer and her pain will stop, I know how life ruining it is!
