im 15 and iv been having pain in my lower belly belly button down and in the testicles. it feels like iv been kicked in them. it only happens every now and then but when it dose it hurts. its been coming more often and idk what to do

Sometimes that can happen when you're early in puberty.

You could have an infection, not necessarily an STD, but something like epididymitis, prostatitis, even a urinary or bladder infection.
See your doctor for an exam.
