My right testicle hurts when I walk or do leg raises I'm in puberty I'm 14 and I'm really worried someone please tell me if this is normal

Some pain while in puberty is normal. But, how long has this been happening?
It could indicate a hernia. It could also be an infection such as epididymitis.
It is NOT LIKELY to be cancer. That doesn't usually cause any pain.
You need an exam by your doctor.
