I am not alone! Phew! I have been in contact with my doctor, but this started happening on day 2 of taking Amoxicillin CLAVULANATE 125 mg. I was taking this for a sinus infection. I am prone to yeast infections when taking antibiotics, but I doubled up on probiotics to help minimize the risk of a yeast infection. No yeast infection per say like normal, but I have vaginal cracking and almost raw in the labia manora. Ouch. Make it stop! My guess is this is something to do with the antibiotic and some sort of yeast infection like others were stating to cure use vagisil.

I had same problem with me i had sex with my bf and because he was huge and mine down there was dry, so i got this crack out this its not really painful just a bit irritation but its not itchy though, its in the perinium area as well close to anus. I havent yet visit my doctor but the only ointment i use is petroleum jelly and/or coconut oil it helps relieve it and dries out the chapping of skin.

I also have lichen schletosis. It is definitely not a fun disease. As I was reading most of the post I was thinking that they sounded like what I have. Lots of doctor don't know what it is so if you don't get answers keep trying. Tell them to consider this. With the right medicine it can be so much better.

Ladies, if you are post mennapausal the likeky answer is Lichens Sclerosus. Not currently cureable but can be managed with proper treatment from a knowledgeable doctor and some lifestyle changes.

I think you might have lichen sclerosis. See your gynecologist. The white spots should have a biopsy. Don't wait. It could be severe Dysplasia which is caused by the HPV virus & can turn into cancer.

I have the same thing after taking amoxicillin for a sinus infection. Never again. First and last time I will take it. I have been itching for over a month. I itch all over including breast and private area. Used diaper rash cream and it worked for a few days and then the itching started back.

Not that I know what it is that you are dealing with. But you have to be aware that even if you are faithful it doesn't meant that you couldn't get STD's by him being the unfaithful one. Just a thought.

But the question is... has your partner been faithful??? It doesn't matter if YOU are. Your partner could be bringing it home. I speak from experience. What you describe could be a herpes outbreak.
