You need to see a gynecologist oncologist. This could be a rare form of vulva cancer. Don’t let it go.

Possible vitamin b deficiency. Quite common also in pregnancy, not only down there, but also in the mouth - outside and inside of the lips

Hi! May I ask you if you experience itching and pain normally or only during sex?
In fact, what are your symptoms?

I started having this problem after buying new underwear. Clothing manufacturers started putting one seam right on the clitoris and the other seam right on the anus or just below on the perineum — they both used to be ABOVE our private parts! A seam in those places is bad enough but they are no longer enclosing the seam inside two pieces of fabric but poking the serged seam right onto my body! It’s like a scrubby pad rubbing on my privates all day and it was annoying so I would fidget with the seams. And then the fidgeting with the seam made it even worse. So yes, I really irritated the perineum skin which then had a thin tear and bleeding that stung like hell when any pee hit it. It irritated the anus and clitoris too but they healed faster since there were no tears. So… I still haven’t found any panties made the old way but did find some with the crotch seams higher up on both sides. I had to wear a dress for several days so that tight pants wouldn’t pinch while healing. I’m not telling which brand I’m wearing because everyone is sized different so my best fit wouldn’t be yours. Hope this helps someone. I went through three panty styles before finding one that worked.
