i have 1 very painful lump on my tongue in the very far back at the throat area it is extremely painful and it makes it very hard to even swallow.....
i have read about like enflamed tastebuds im not sure if this is that but i have been gargling with salt water / listerine i dont think its getting better
it is so far back its hard to even see i also have that white covering on my tongue as of today

Did you ever discover what this was? I am having the same issue and swelling on lower right jaw/neck when I eat.
