For two years now I've been having penis pains. It's a burning/stinging pain. I'm 14 (15 by the end of the month), uncircumsized and have a frenulum and a virgin. I get these pains mostly when I go out or to school but also sometimes I can just wake up with the pains. Drinking water can help the pains but it's not good enough to be a permanent solution and plus I don't even like water. I went to the doctors and she examined me and she just told me there was nothing there and it may just be one of those things that will go away but I know for a fact it's not because I had these pains for almost 3 years which I told her and then her answer to that was ''but there's nothing there'' so after I realised my doctor was clueless I just left. She told me painkillers might help but they don't work. I also am slightly constipated but I don't see what that would have to do with it. Please answer I don't want to live my life in pain anymore.
Tell your doctor to refer you to a specialist (Nephrologist most likely) if she cannot properly diagnose your problem and the pain is that much of a distraction. It could be anything from constant urinary tract infections to an inlarged prostate.
