I have been trying to figure out what this random pain to my septum is, and it keeps leading me to sinusitis but i don't have all of the other symptoms such as neck pain and headaches etc.
it feels like its bruised and it feels like that through my whole bridge on the inside. its defiantly something to do with the muscle and i am not sure what its related to. I haven't had any trauma to the face either.
if anyone has an idea on what it could be, i would appreciate the help.
