I have the urge to have a bowel movement, however, I can't have one. but my botton hurts. whenever I wipe I noticed a brownish thick mucas coming from my anus. also I have the urge to urinate which also burns like no other & barely any comes out.
Sounds like you're either dealing with an infection, or possibly very constipated.
