I'm a 19 year old female and recently I've noticed that when I'm sitting (which is often in class and lecture for extended periods of time frequently throughout the day), when I am in my natural position (which is a bit slumped - yikes) there is an annoying tingle right under my right breast at the upper part of my abdomen. I've had no other symptoms and a self-check for any lumps with nothing out of the ordinary. I feel completely fine and healthy otherwise and the tingling is completely painless - just super annoying. I'm trying to decide if this is something worth going to the doctor over. Over the past few months I have noticed it occasionally, but now I notice it every time I sit the right way (could also be that it always occurs, only just now have I become concerned about it). My first thought was scary scary cancer but I have mild hypochondriac tendencies. My best and most rational guess is a nerve issue - thoughts or suggestions?
i think it might be the hypochondriac ,
I agree, I really don't think it's anything serious considering I have no other symptoms, but there is definitely an out-of-the-ordinary sensation there, not just a phantom feeling.
