pains in groin area

ok, here goes. I am a 54 year old woman. I no longer have my period for three or more years now. A couple months back I had a one day spotting and went to GYN. I had a pap smear and a biopsy in the hospital of uterus and cervix. All came back negative. Now my probleis after a few days of have a internal ultra sound I began having pains in my groin(vulva) area. More of the left hand side and now I sometimes have it feels like pressure right inside my labia. Its feels like something wants to drop out. Sounds crazy I know. But it hurts. I also had a one day brownish discharge. Now there is also pain between my legs near vagina and my anus. I did go to the GYN and she a pretty good Dr. too. Anyway, she set me up for another ultra sound to see if anything changed in a month and a colon test for cancer. I have began to have different bowel movements. But the pains in my groin gets so bad like in the middle of the night. It is worrying me but have to wait to see what test says after I take them. Pains and discharge is coming from somewhere. Anyone else with simular problem?
