I get really sick to my stomach after working out my upper body, it doenst seem to happen when I run, but after using resistance machines for chest, arms, ETC. I get really sick and sometimes throw up about 30 min into it. I usually eat a powerbar 30 min before and drink only water. what do you think this could be?

After eating healthy food I am bloated & sleepy. I have no gas- no burping.
