What kind of spinal injury may cause paralisis? Is it possible that spinal injury can be healed without serious consequences? I’d like to know if paralyses may be temporary. I’m interested in this because a friend of mine had spinal injury a month ago. He’s still in hospital, but prognosis is fortunately good. Please post about this.
I’m sorry because of your friend’s accident but also glad that the prognosis is good. Obviously spinal injury is not necessary paralytic. It depends on location of lesion and nerves which are localized there. I also know a person that had bad neck injury and he has to be very careful when moves, avoid sudden moving of head, avoid risky sports. But that’s not such a big price for being able to walk and live normal.
