At first thought, I'm thinking my girlfriend probably has a UTI or yeast infection and I probably got infected although she hasn't said anything about that. But in researching both ailments, I don't exhibit any of the symptoms associated with either. Just that strange feeling in the tip. I really don't believe my girlfriend has been unfaithful and brought something home to me and I know I haven't been but I'm concerned that it could be urethritis of some kind, but from where?
As a preliminary before going to the doctor if necessary, I've been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice (if it's a UTI) to see what happens. Any ideas on what's going on?

Just want to say that i am going through the same thing. Last time i had sex was 2 months ago unprotected with a female i had only met twice previously. Everything was fine for a month or so, but then one day i went to go pee and i felt a weird stinging sensation as i urinated. Afterwards it stung, as well then went away. I notcied it was only when i urinated, or at weird random times i would have an itchy feelings, or maybe a stinging feeling. Some days i would not feel anything anymore. So for all of you in my same situation, here is what i did, i researched and researched and found that there is programs that over basically free insurance with maybe a 10 dollar cover fee KEEP SEARCHING. I got an appointment for my medical card on tuesday, i also called the girl i had sex with and told her what i was experiencing, she told me she had NO symptoms at all, and its been 2 months for both of us, i have been talking to her everyday to see if anything changes in her but so far everything is perfect for her, and either way she is making a doctors appointment. So sh*t happens guys, were not bad or dirty people, it can happen to anyone, just take a deep breath, what is done is done and nothing can change that, just hope its something curable and reversible, take care of it, also from all the symptoms i have read (and i did a lot of research) sounds like its nearly impossible to pin point it, almost every cancer , std, UTI, etc etc all have similar symptoms.
Ive had that all a while back and you should actually get a prostate exam. i was 18 when i first had weird pain in the tip and testies when peeing or masturbating. Turned out I had prostitis *spelling. Not a sign of cancer or anything just an infection, cleared right up with meds. had it for months before i went to doc, only got worse an worse. I know a prostate exam doesnt sound fun, Had my first when I was 16 when I broke my tailbone, but if it solves your problem like me to diagnos it, its F%$#in worth it.
