Paranoid or pregnant?

Hi, I was in the implant until 18th January and was put in the pill which i started on the 19 but it made me sick so i stopped taking it. Had unprotected sex 5 times since i got the implant out. Have had a 4 day period but was not normal to me as there was a lot of thick stringy blood. Today, 2weeks later i started bleeding again. I've had headaches, tender breasts and im sure they grown, feeling sick and mood swings and feel abit hotter then usual at times. I've been pregnant before but didnt find out until i was 3months. ???????
