I've noticed that the skin under my dark circles, is reddened, as well as the skin above the lid, but under the brow. At first I thought it was sunburn....however, it's been going on 3 wks....doesn't itch...no drainage...no swelling. What could cause this? I have MS, Hep C, Fibromyalia. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
