You can try Vaseline or boroplus, it literally helped me a lot.

I had this problem in my teens as well. Flaking skins that you can peel off, a bra covered with flaked skin. I went to dermatologists, used different lotions, nothing really helped, and the dermatologist wasn’t at all concerned. There’s nothing wrong with you. It’s embarrassing, I know. Seeing this now, I wonder if it had anything to do with adolescent hormone changes, because I can’t recall when it went away, but I don’t have this problem know. I guess the old, hated, statement, “you will grow out of it.”

Almost 14 here, I have the same issue. It's not some weird disease like google says and there's not anyone else speaking up about it so I feel alone. I have awful acne covering my chest, shoulders and neck as well. The flake skin is constantly there, like yours, on the lower half of my breasts. Embarrassingly enough, when I scratch the dry patches they flake off like light snow and "clumps" in the shower when scrubbing. I do believe it is just dry and irritated skin that may flake because of the rubbing of bras. I feel a lot more seen reading these replies about other's experiences, I will try exfoliation and lotions to help with the skin.

I'm 16 years old, sexually active, and within the last couple of months my left nipple is peeling and when I peel all the dead skin off it's very red, irritated, and slightly swollen. I don't know what's wrong with it.

I'm 22 years old. My right breast and nipple recently started peeling (only the right side), this started about two weeks after I had a routine checkup at the doctor where they discovered another lump( last year I went to the doctor due to a lump in my left breast, it was ruled to most likely be a fibrocystic adenoma) this time in my right breast... It isn't itchy, it's not inflamed or painful in any way at all. My diet hasn't changed and neither has my clothing or any soaps or lotions that I use. My new lump is about 2cm x 3cm and it's not painful at all. It's situated right above my nipple. Not sure how to feel about it. Unfortunately, I will only see the doctor again on the 5th of July. I don't know what it is but I'm losing my mind because google just throws cancer my way... I'm only 22... Cancer does run in my family from both my father and mothers side...
