It will take a year for you to be completely without pain. During that time I experienced a steady enlargement in girth. A Vacuum pump helped and leaving the implant inflated for an hour was painful but it helped with enlargement. Your body is creating a fibrous tissue outside the implant and it will take time to maximize the size of your penis. It did for me and it involved a lot of pain. So don't think you are going through this like nobody else has. It's worth it in the end but it's not for wimps. Docs don't tell you this.
