Penile Irritation worse by washing to much

I've had this problem for some time now, I believe I suffer from Balantis as my doctor kept on prescribing anti fungal cream, when using the cream the irritation clears and if I wash with just water every day I don't seem to have any problems. However even when washing with water every day I seem to produce quite a bit of smega, anyway the minute I wash with something like lynx the head of my penis becomes red and blotchy, so I resort back to the cream. When I think back to when I was a teenager I don't remember pulling back my foreskin to wash that often and when I did it was always with lynx or something and this caused no irritation. The reason for this post is wondering if someone else suffers from the same problems?

Another problem I have is pre cum causes this irritation as well, I often wonder if I suffer from diabetes as I tend to drink a lot, slightly over weight and eat / drink sugary things most days but the doctor tested for this and it came back negative, I believe my next option is to go see a skin specialist.

There are times wen nothing is wrong and I consider I make things worse by washing to much, constantly thinking about it etc
