penis head wont get hard

:-( :-( :-( Please help... I have recently begun testosterone treatment to help me with hypogonadism... so I can regain my super erections. It has helped some, but not alot. and when my penis does get hard, the head does not. it used to get big and shiny and rounded, now it just looks soft and pointy and weak and is too soft to penetrate any way. it feels less sinsitive until... I hold it a certiain way w/ my thumb or finger gently on top surface of my shaft during erection it will inflate. I remove my grip from the top and watch helplessly as the head deflates immediately... I told my urologist this but he seemed to ignore it , I cannot afford to keep going to him if hes just going to blow me off. somebody please help. I came here before and got no answers. No one seems to know or care about a mans sexual health, almost as if it were some unessasary luxury.... there must be a doctor that can give some possible conditions as well as some possible treatments... Help help help please Im not what I used to be or anywhere near, tell me something, anything I cant take this anymore the ladies look so good and they dig me and I feel so weak and helpless PLEASE REPLY MD's!!!! _[removed]_ I will pay anything to have my old potency back.....
