Penis left exposed during scrotal ultrasound and I felt embarrassed. Nurse didn't cover me up

I had a scrotal ultrasound for pain in my testicles. A young female tech came out and lead me to the room. Once there she tells me I need to remove my pants and underwear and to climb on the table and cover up. She says she will try to keep my exposure to as a little as needed and leaves the room. Once she returns, she lifts the sheet up to my belly button exposing my penis for a minute until she covers it up with a towel. She places another towel under my scrotum and begins the exam. At one point my flaccid penis slips out from under the towel and I'm completely exposed to her. She continues the exam without covering me up again. I'm alittle in shock and just lay there as she runs the wand over my scrotum. I then begin to get an erection and with a minute I'm fully hard in front of this young Female tech. again she doesn't cover me. I'm too embarrassed by this point to say anything and just let her finish. Thankfully I didn't ejaculate at all. But I was just shocked and embarrassed by her not only seeing my exposed flaccid penis and not covering it. But the fact that once I became erect she didn't cover me either. I finally got the nerve to apologise to her about my erection at the end. She just says its was fine a big smile on her face and then decided to recover me. She then says I can clean up once she leaves the room. I mean what was the point of covering me and leaving after she had seen my erect penis for a good 20 minutes? Was it alright the she left me exposed the whole time? Should she have recovered me especially after I got an erection? Should I even report her to the clinic? Thanks in advance for any responses.
