I got circumcised about 4 months ago, since then when I have masturbated afterwards my penis will go a bit red and and i get swelling around the shaft which feels hard when i put pressure on it. Should I be worried?
It depends upon how much swilling you notice. Some of this is probably a result of your circumcision. The skin is still probably fairly sensitive after the surgery.
Are you using lube? How rough are you masturbating. Try being a bit gentler and using lube.
