Hi i was wondering i am already 15 yrs old and i have a foreskin on my penis but if i take the foreskin away its like red at the tip and it hurt when water or anything touches can someone tell me wats wrong please
Nothing is wrong. In fact it sounds like you are fine. If you can roll your foreskin back as you say, you have escaped some of the problems we read about here quite often. Do you roll it back to wash under it? That's a good thing to do.
Your glans is super sensitive because it has been protected by your foreskin all it's life. When it is cut away during circumcision the glans is left exposed and it rubs on clothing all the time. This desensitizes it and toughens it so it's similar to the skin on your hand.

Just like you, mine was so sensitive that the water from the shower hurt if I pulled my foreskin back so it hit the glans directly.
