well i use to masterbate everyday until these warts started to appear on my penis i went to the doctor who said i have  HPV an sexual transmitted disease the thing is i never had sex in my life all i ever did was masterbated and now I'm getting I'm having these itchy rashes on my arms, belly, legs, and back and the thins i don't know why  this  is happening to me, if i never had sex  then this shouldn't be happening to me, so i really  need answers of what's going on with me.
