I am in perimenopausal stage….ahhhhhh! horrible…
I have problems with hot flashes, but I am somehow managing that and also problems with sleeping… but, ok … I will survive. The biggest problem I see are my swollen legs, horrible, I am very active person and doing something all the time, cannot lay back and rest because are legs are giving me up. What should I do?

Ok, here is advice: when you feel your legs are swollen, sit down, put them on chair, so that legs are in higher position than your hips. This should stop the pumping (too much blood in legs) in legs. Also, get at least 1500 mg daily supplement of calcium. This statement comes from a new research and it is supposed to help with restless legs, PMS, nervousness, and also helps sleeping.
One more tip for hot flushes, take 400 to 800 IU of vitamin E each day.
Best wishes!
