last week I shaved the perineal area and created about 3 small nicks. they are killing me! i'm not sure what to put on them; neosporin? they like 3 little scrapes. i would appreciate any advice on what to do to help them heal.

i done the exact same thing and i got a syptic stick from boots and placed them on the cuts. it stings like mad for about 5 mins or least feels that long but i have used it for two days and it's already clearing up. keep it clean and dry at all times, and no soaps or products.
