You are more fertile the week after your period than the week before. There are some really helpful websites on the net so I recommend looking them up, they explain everything in detail. And yes you can bleed in the early stages of pregnancy but you cannot physically have a period as conceiving stops the process of mentruating. It is usually just light though and doesnt last very long.
