Hi everyone;
I'm currently on the third month of my new birth control, and my periods are coming about a week and a half before I start the line of placebo pills each month; when it starts, I'm still on pills containing medication.
I know that birth control screws with your hormones and everything while you adjust, but I'm concerned; I'm sexually active and am curious as to whether or not I am at risk for pregnancy during the placebo days, if I am not on my period and having sex? I am assuming that protection during placebo days is in the form of the period itself, when everything is working properly. I'll use protection anyway, but would like to know the risk.
