Usually I start having major breast tenderness and a heavy flow on my period, but I started yesterday after having cramps and my flow is lighter than usual. I'm a couple days early, but I think my cycle is just changing? Anyone have this happen? Am I just being paranoid?
This happend to me, i cant even stand up with my period cramps and my flow is heavy, but a few months ago none of this happend, i think you're being a bit paranoid
