Hi next monday im going on a class trip to Germany with my class. we are going to be there from monday to friday. My problem is that my period is scheduled to the exact same date(monday) and usually my period last 5-7 days and im having a REALLY heavy flow, most days!
we are going to walk a lot and share rooms serval people together, huhuh i dont no whut to do :,(
i've never used tampons, and i attend to bleed through a pad in 2 hours also they are very un comfy!
Hi, I would say you should try tampons and see how you get on.
Get some small ones to start with as they will be easier to insert.
