I can't seem to find an answer for this anywhere. I had LLETZ treatments twice early last year due to severe CGIN and unclear margins. Since then and for the past 21ish months since my periods have been totally different. I used to lees heavily for 7 days with zero pain. I now have 2-3 days of pain and black/brown speckley tar-like discharge, which is very light. I don't see any red at all or any signs of normal period. What's happening?
