Hello ladies,

I found something really interesting on the internet. Jim Karas, fitness expert tells that Petite advantage diet plan is a weight loss plan designed for shorter women. Jim Karas tells that body system of shorter and taller women is completely different, and bigger challenge is for shorter women to lose weight?

My question is simple – why? According to which rules?

I am not a short lady, I have almost 6ft. Does it mean that I should not follow his diet plan and program?

Anyone with a similar experience with it? What do you think about this diet?

Hello,

Petit advantage diet is the weight loss program designed to suit the needs of petite woman 5' 4'' and under. In his book he helps women to achieve their goal with his diet and fitness techniques. This diet is based on a fact that shorter ladies don't need many calories, like taller women do. This diet involves eating above 1600 calories per day, for 21 days.

I don't know can you follow this diet because you are quite tall. So, buy the book or find some similar experience like yours. That might help  to find out your next steps.

Good luck with this!

Hello,

This is not a regular diet, where you need to count calories only. Petite advantage helps woman to reach their health goals. Also, an exercise plan is included with this diet plan, so you should follow it until the end of this program.

You should know that:

  • Petite advantage diet is not for women taller than 5'4''.
  • You still need to count calories every day.
  • This diet is a 21 day plan, and that is good.
  • There is not a maintenance plan for this diet.
  • If you hate following some structured plan, then you will not like this diet.

Willma, this diet is not for you  because you are too tall.

I hope you will find something for you!

Good luck!
