Hi! okay so i'm 20 and the last time i had sex was 3 years ago and i always used a condom. About 3 weeks ago i got a pimple-looking thing on my right thigh, it bled a lot and got puss in it. Then after a couple of days it stopped bleeding and left a scar, which now looks like a small stretch-mark but its kinda darkish... and its been there ever since. Now today, I see a bump on my right thigh again like 2 inches away from the other one was, and it feels like a pimple but i don't know if it is... Is it a bacteria, or do i have herpes, or any kind of STD, I've no idea what's going on... i'd appreaciate if you let me know what it is or something!! thanks!
It sounds like bacteria to me. I had a cyst down there and my doc prescribed me oral antibiotics and antibiotic ointment. After a few days, what was left from the cyst was a dark hole, literally a hole on my tight. IT looks awful and I can't figure out if it were because of drugs or the cyst.
Try getting some kind of an antibiotic ointment but if the pimple is inflamed, red, painful, large and p***y, you better use hydrocortisone cream to get rid of that infection.

my husband gets boils on his thigh much like you describe.
I have an oozing cyst in my left thigh it the size of a baseball and I'm applying antibiotic ointment and cleaning it every 2-3 hours? should I be doing anything else? the white ooze is coming out very slowly and size of the cyst is reducing.
For me its definitely ingrown hairs - I am a man 26 and have thicker thighs from years of high school sports. The legs rub together and the hair is prevented from growing there - Where i have the spots a tiny black dot is present showing an ingrown hair.
Use this product, TEND SKIN - you can buy it from Sephora. Its great for getting rid of in grown hairs. Apply 2x morning and night - its basically a strong exfoliator astringent.
good luck

Yeah, I was going to guess that it might be ingrown hairs...
But in any case, you need to keep the area clean, and wash it frequently to kill any germs that may be present. That's the best way to avoid scarring.
