Hi, I felt the developing of what I thought was a pimple about two days ago. It was early in the morning so I checked again at night and it was extremely large and filled with white puss. I popped it this morning and I managed to get out most of the puss and a large white ball of puss came out. It formed again and just a while ago I popped it, but I can't get all of the puss out! More and more puss forms and idk what to do! I'm not sure if it's an ingrown hair or a pimple but it's on the bottom of my penis so it's constantly scraping agenst my testicles and it's very uncomfortable! Help!!!

It sounds more like a sebaceous cyst, basically a big pimple.
Warm water compresses can help it drain. Don't keep popping it. Keep the area as clean as possible. If you don't notice an improvement in a few days see your doctor. Puss indicates an infection and you may need an antibiotic.
